Vancouver has four seasons like Japan.
In spring, cherry blossoms bloom and people enjoy edible wild plants such as brackens and aralia sprouts. In summer, they fully enjoy sailing, surfing and salmon fishing. In autumn, they explore mountains for autumn colors of leaves and Matsutake mushroom gathering and decollate their tables. In winter, let’s enjoy winter sports unique to Canada such as skiing and snowboarding.

This area refers to the center and the east district of downtown.It had prospered as a business district until Expo ‘86 which brought changes to the district. A Hong Kong company syndicate named Li Ka-Shing purchased the former Expo sites for three hundred fifty million (350,000,000) dollars and developed a plan to build fifteen thousand (15,000) condominium units. A yacht harbor was built on the south side and is surrounded by luxurious condominiums.
